About

The Image as the Starting Point for the Entire Creative Process

My work with 3D began during my studies in Film, Video and Multimedia Communication, where I discovered a way to bring together imagery, composition and light in the representation of space. After several years working in communications, I moved into 3D visualization full-time, collaborating with architects, property developers and other professionals across the real estate and hospitality sectors, on projects at different scales and stages of development.

Over the years, I have developed an image-led approach to visual communication. Each image is crafted individually, combining 3D, photography, digital compositing and digital matte painting techniques, applied to both still imagery and film, to achieve the right composition, lighting and atmosphere for each project. The aim goes beyond representing architecture. It is about communicating its potential and making something tangible before it exists.

This approach has become the foundation of a broader creative process. Building on the imagery, the studio develops a visual language that extends to films, brand identities, websites and the wider communication materials created for each development. Every element is conceived as part of a cohesive system, ensuring a consistent vision from the first image through to the project's presentation to the market.

Today, Pormenor brings together professionals in 3D visualization, architectural modelling, architecture and interior design, combining different areas of expertise to meet the specific demands of each project. The creative vision and working method that shaped the studio from the beginning continue to guide the entire process.
